* How can I order?

You can order our amazing ballet clothing through this website. It's very easy. Just add your favorite designs in the shopping cart and checkout. All designs include a size chart.

* Do I need an account for ordering one of your designs?

No need, but it sure is convenient! If you create an account during checkout, you can check the order and shipping status, and you won't have to reenter your address in future orders. You can also choose to allows us to keep updated about our new coming designs and clothing. We have some new amazing ideas and designs coming in the nearby future. 

* How much do I need to pay for shipping?

 We have different rates for our shipping.

For US orders we provide standard, premium, and express. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout of your order. For all US shipping a tracking number will be provided.

For International shipping we have different rates. We offer standard and expedited shipping. Unfortunately for standard international shipping there will be NO tracking number provided. Only for FedEx international shipping a tracking number will be provided. These prices will be calculated at the checkout of your order. 

* Which countries will you ship to? 

We ship to most parts of the world, US, Europe, and Asia. Unfortunately there are some countries we are not able to ship to. You will be able to select your country during checkout.

You can always use Package Forwarding to ship to your country. 

* Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order you should send us a mail within 12 hours. 

* Can I get a refund on my order? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Please read our refund and return policy for details. 

* How can I contact you?

If you have a question that is not in our FAQ you can contact us through e-mail and we do our best to answer you within 24 hours. Due to different timezones it can take a little bit longer than usual.
